"ATC" Ashraf Abdel Ghani" Public Accountants & Tax Consultants, started operation in 1995 through the senior partner Mr. Ashraf Abdel Ghani, and a group of expertised accountants and Tax consultants. The main purpose for establishment has been practicing tax related work and specialization in this tax area which required the establishment of specialized departments in areas of sales tax, corporate tax, fiscal stamp tax and salary tax leading to quality service rendered to clients due to our unparalleled specialization in tax domain. We started work with a task force formed of three partners and 20 staff members, with ever increasing in turnover and services rendered to our clients, consequently, there has been a pressing need to establish ATC Management Consultants aims mainly to offer tax, financial, accounting and Investment consultations as well as professional training to our clients which required expansion of staff base of both the company and the office to become 18 partners and around one hundred and thirty staff members for providing professional consultations. In light of current expansion in investment in Egypt and the remarkable increase in foreign investments in Egypt together with the establishment of international foreign companies branches in Egypt, there has been urgent need to for trustworthy consultants for such foreign companies for providing such companies with honest reports according to the international standards. The most recent merger in Egypt has been Russell Bedford International (RBI) from (Britain) with ATC Ashraf Abdel Ghani from Egypt, accordingly, offices and branches of (RBI) have become fifty offices around the world with ATC being the only representative office of RBI in Egypt and such merger is considered as professional association for the enhancement of international competition and upgrading accountancy and auditing to a very distinguished and accurate degree of performance and to have a generation of International Certified accountants and auditors carrying out their duties in Egypt or any other country, at a remarkably professional level either nationally or Internationally.
